Apparently the full IVA manual is out tomorrow and IVA tests bookable. Who's going to be first?
where can you get a copy of the manual from?
..the first to convert it to pdf and spread it all over the internet!
V3.2 is here, new one will be somewhere close I guess.

He measured the cycle wings and head rests using IVA regs - passed dead easy on both counts. The tester reckoned the people who will be most affected
are the Cobra replicas because of the seat requirements and the way the rear arches cut back in.
Sounds like se7ens should be too hard to push through though (except BEC's due to the requirements for reverse gear etc.)
As a matter of interest, I was told the average IVA will take 4-5 hours, which is loads more than the 2-3 hours SVA takes.
