can anyone tell me if the position of my fuel cap will be ok for sva or should i move it.

That should be OK as long as it is recessed below the bodywork line.

As long as it cant overflow into the passenger area it should be ok by my understanding of the rule. I positioned mine before that rule came in so just going to put a lip round one side so it drains off if your worried.
