DVLA kept my MAC, I'm sure they normally do.
What did the letter say or was it just the MAC and nothing else?
just the mac and a small note saying, "registration cert to follow with compliments Julie"
that was it
chris
I'll give you a tenner for it.
DVLA told me that they kept the MAC and it was destroyed.
Did U get Julie's number?
Thats a cockup in the right direction for a change.

A momnumental cok up.
Julie has probably been working there a few days .... and by the looks of things, will be there for just a few days more.
My robin hood had its MAC but the DVLA had stamped it to say it was no longer of any use can remember what the stamp said. They kept the MAC for the MNR
julie sounds hot
I would contact DVLA and complain.
I got a photocopy of mine sent through on Friday which DVLA had stamped but that's it.
What's a mac and why should they keep it?
Ministry Approval Certificate. It's what you get when you pass SVA/IVA.

...... maybe Julie's written the note wrong - perhaps she should have said: "registration rejection, cert is a suspect forgery. You now need to re-apply for an IVA test."
