Another quick Question

In the IVA book it says the exhaust outlet mus terminate a max of 50mm (2 inch) away from the extreme outer edge of the car....

Now does that meen that the exit must be set back a max of 2 inch from the edge of the rear wing being the widest part of the car or does it not matter since the exhaust is already outside the bodywork..

I would say the extreme outer edge of the car is the widest point...so yes, the rear arches.

When you say set back do you mean as in it will not stick out wider than the arches? I read it as it can be a max of 50mm outside the widest part??
