Whatever always has (receipt, invoice) - the V5 has never proved ownership
I wouldn't buy a car without getting a receipt even if it was only 50p.
If paying cash it's even more crucial to get a receipt. If you pay by cheque or credit card there will be a paper trail, but if you pay cash you
have no evidence at all.
Look in section 5 of your existing V5C, it clearly states that the registered keeper is not necessarily the owner.
Just a nother change using out tax money. I thought Cameroon was stopping wastage like this? Or, as more likely DVLA are a law unto themselves.

Had to be changed given 50,000 had been stolen. You'd hope they'd have run down the old ones first.
The decision, any design costs, and probably the first print runs will have been done prior to the elections. Stuff really does take that long in
govt.
