Hi there, well after my first post this morning I have just phoned the DVLA and surprise surprise they are saying they haven't received my registration forms despite it being signed for!!!

I even told the lady on the phone the guys name who signed for it, she suggested I post a letter of proof showing proof of signature, Post I said do you nog have an email address for speed, I was told nope it needs to be posted

So does anyone that's been in this situation got an email address I can use? As she is saying it could take upto 4-6 weeks and then I may have to re-submit my forms

Any help guys?

I believe he got a reply within 1 hour, and registration documents within 3 days.
