When you pass SVA without catalytic converter; is that specifically mentioned in the car's papers? When importing it to Holland, we need a cat (even with my '93 engine), unless it is explicitly mentioned in the cars papers that it passed SVA without it. I'm trying to find out if this is common practice to put on the papers, or that I should ask for it at the SVA station.
