for sva do you have to have the area above your legs / under dash paneled in or not also what radius is required on lower edge of dash.

I didn't and it was ok. I think as long as theres nothing hanging and everything is tidy and secure it should be ok.

According to SVA Manual, if dash is padded bottom radius must be 5mm minimum. If unpadded, then radius must be 19mm minimum.

And if you pad it, you shouldn't be able to feel the edge underneath if you push the padding hard with your thumb.
