I have done a search but nowt has come up, I can't remember but are adjustable steering colums allowed through SVA? Mine goes up and down but not
in and out (oooh er Mrs!)

I can't see any viable reason why not as long as it is secure when in position.

can't remember who's it was but the +4 locost at boxhill last winter had an adjustable column Andy. the car had been correctly sva'd aswell.
Are that many other people going to be driving your car Andy?

My Avon went through SVA fine with an adjustable column that was adjustable (ie, not permanently fixed in one position).

My indy has adjustable steering column
It goes up/down and in/out as it would in the sierra,and it locks with the lever as it would in the sierra
No problem with sva
