A friend of mine just went through Southampton with his Tiger Cat.

He failed on the first attempt, and got a short list of failure items. He'd been pushing his luck a little in a couple of areas, but there were a couple of surprises too. All were fixed relatively easily for the retest, which he passed.

From his description of the process I think you could sum them up as being scrupulous, but fair.
