Brake light height from ground

I know the height of the lowest rear light (brake in my case) needs to be 350mm from the ground but is that the middle of the bulb/light or bottom of light itself?

I believe it to be the bottom of the lens - I could be wrong though.

I forgot about the minimum height when I fitted my rear lights I had to jack up the rear with the spring adjusters to make sure I got through the SVA

Cheers

Pretty sure its the edge of the lens for height.
I think it's the center of the lenses for angles of visibility.

For height/distance from edge or centre it's measured to the edge of the lens

Just measured and the bottom edge of the light lens is 135mm. Close or what!!
