Is the key and steering lock ok or will i need to add another

yes thats ok

if you dont have a steering lock you need a battery cut off

Steering lock is OK. I removed the Sierra switch gear and fitted savage switches whick meant no steering lock. I then fitted a cat2 immobiliser (laser key type thing) which passed no probs.

Thanks thought it was ok but best check just in case
