Cheap Catalytic Converters

Is this catalytic converter likely to be enough to get a BEC through SVA? Anyone used this one? It seems very Locost!

It seams very cheap.

I do know that all catalytic converters are not the same; some are more heavily loaded with catalyst if it is to be fitted to a dirty old engine, like the classic mini. Others are lightly loaded to save cost. For ease of SVA, I'd recomend getting a good one but that's probably because I failed SVA on emissions and had to get a new cat.

If it helps
I bought the smallest ,cheapest Cat from these guys. One I could get to fit inside my MK Exhaust box and my R1 engined car passed SVA emissions will a little twiddleing down at my local garage.
