I have a balance bar setup and i need to know the percentages of braking needed for the sva ie in the numerical form.

I wound mine towards the front then let the SVA guy check it, when its OK drill the nuts and hammer the roll pins in.

How are you going to measure it in numerical form?? The fronts need to lock before the rears - so long as it does that then you should be fine for SVA

front need to be at 60% rears 40% braking
handbrake min of 18%

jack it on one side and tweek the bias etc and spin front wheel manually and apply brake slowly until it locks - check rears at same time (so need some bods to help) and rear should still rotate maybe with some slight resistance.
not exact or perfect but shouls be ok to get you to a garage or similar.

i used a brake compression tester thingy to show what went where and that left and right were equal
