Can someone please let me know if these are genuine RS alloys rather than Lasers?

the answer lies in the wheel nuts and there seats.If they have a flat seat in the wheel they are rs alloys and if the seat is tapered they are capri laser wheels.From what i can see in your pic they are rs rims
hi
they look like capri laser wheels to me as the spokes on the rs wheel is alot thinner
cheers
colin
Yup they're lasers. Tappered nut seats and thicker ridges as mentioned above

How heavy are proper RS Alloys? And how wide and what offset? Seen various figures before but not always the same!
Apologies for the size, these are what I believe to be RS wheels:

With regard to a weight comparison, I've got a set of both but never had either free of tyres at the same time so I don't know. The RS
wheels are not very heavy though. I'm also lead to believe that it's not as easy as just RS or laser. I think there are various forms of RWD
offset RS wheels, 6" wide. This doesn't include the wider or narrower versions or FWD ones as fitted to the fiesta supersports. I believe
the ones we have are from a MK1 rs2000 escort.
(is it sad to know even as much as this about ford wheels?
)
