I have avon slicks fitted to my 13" wheel at the mo, what I want to know is, what metric size should I be buying?

best to get a tape measure and measure in metric,that will give you a useful size

The old F3 front tyre size

7" nominal tread width usually fitted to 8" rim width (with Avons more than other makes the rim should always be 1" to 1.5" wider than the tyre)
