MNR do a kit of 4 trailing arms and a panhard rod with all bushes and joints, in powdercoat for £65 but thye cant supply for 8 weeks due to workload.

Which other kit manufacturers can match those sort of prices?

Quality bushes alone will cost more than that. !!!

Avoid the cheap nasty plastic ones as used by most as they provide no compliance in that application.
