my new suspension,
gaz_gaz - 5/8/11 at 08:36 PM

Just thought i'd share a few poor quality pictures of my new damper doobries with you guys as i finally found a spare few hrs too finish them off,
Basically the lightest double adjustable we do at a smidge under 700 grams complete, minus spring

after receiving some sound advice on the forum that tied up with my own calculations i settled on 300lb front and 175lb rear springs with valving to suit as a starting point,

and incase anyones thinkin of stealing them, i got the killer dog on guard

Kind of! If you ask really really nicely, you can have the doubles in Black body (& spring) and a simple gold piston stem...

They look great in the purple and silver, but understated in the black and gold, which is cool as the rest of the car I'm building is carbon and gold

the all black with gold shaft we do is a very stealth looking damper,

i was tempted by that combination myself but really like the clear anodizind that gives the silver/grey look against the purple and black,
