Hello,

A Google search with the casting number (64677686, Girling) returned this page. So it looks to be a Brake Master Cylinder for Ford Cortina TC Sedan 1.6L 71-74 (P10243 Girling)

https://www.autosurplus.com.au/cylinder~12514735

Hope that will help

I'm sure you've come across this - but I think focussing on what car it might have come from originally can be a bit of a red herring...

For example - my donor Sierra was an E-Max model and should have had a 5-speed gearbox (would have been the Type 9 i think), but mine was fitted with a 4-speed Type 3 gearbox (which was not the 'usual' Sierra 4-speed box, as that would have been a Type E....)....
