Anybody know the specified oil volumes in the gearbox and the rear axle for the Escort mk2?

You normally fill them up to the bottom edge of the filler hole. If you want to be exact my trusty Haynes manual tells me the following.

Gearbox: .90 litres
Rear axle: 1.1 litres

The problem for me is that the filler plugs are almost impossible to reach. I have to fill through the axle back plate holes and by removing the box top plate.
