are they the same as cortina one?
I understand they are, as is the back axle which should be a MK2 Escort item.
The trouble with Stellar uprights is getting them!
When I tried to buy a pair of new ones from Hyundai, they wouldn't part with them unless I could provide the chassis number of the car.
This must be the only country in the whole world where you have to fight to spend your money!

There must be different versions of the Stellar, the one I looked at in the scrappers had McPherson struts up front....

I've read somewhere else the stellar was built using Cortina front uprights and a Escort axle in the back.
May be complete nutsack because I tried to find one for myself and they all seem to have disappeared from round here!!
The Cortina based Stellar was only made for a couple of years, 84 to 86 I think. They all went over to MacPherson struts after that.
Just spotted this,

Both the front and rear are from the MK5 Cortina
But look out minor changes in the threads used .
