Hey Up,
I'm just playing with some stuff on the computer on a fabricated upright.
Can anyone sugest a suitable stub axle which is seperate from the original upright and capable of being bolted into a fabricated upright?
Thanks in advance
Chris
fiestas, corsas, golfs, polos, etc all use bolt on rear stub axles.
what type of car is it? If a 226x10mm brake disc is big enough i would use a golf stub axle and rear disc/hub, no need to find a hub then.
Paul
Chris,
Randall Motorsport do a threaded or a weldable stub axle.
Try a search for them.
Rob
just about to suggest randall's stub axles, go for them and you can use all the std cortina bits on them.
Thanks chaps!
It's for a single seater, front upright.
Idealy it would use a hub with a PCD to match the BMW 3 series rear axle (108mm?)
I'll check the ones suggested and let you know.
cheers
Chris
bmw 3 series are 4x100 or 5x120, golfs are 4x100.
Paul
Yeah it's 5 x 120.
Can anyone remember the website with all the wheel PCD's on it?
Cheers
Chris
