Will stainless steel braided brake hose "improve" the brakes appreciably.

I have a NZ Lynx based on Triumph Herald running gear/chassis. Has a XFlow 1600 in it though.

Have some horrable "old" rubber hoses and was wondering about the following:

Any feedback +ve -ve appreciated.

braided hoses don't swell like rubber ones so should give an imoroved pedal feel.

i just got hoses made up by merlin motorsport.

they look neat and are about 15 quid a peice.

The bumph does indeed state that they dont swell or 'give' like rubber hoses and improve feel.
