Does any one know if you can use the fiesta steering rack instead of the escort.
Any help is appreciated.

You can but I think you will find that when the steering wheel is turned to the right the wheels will turn to the left. Mk 2 Escort rack is mounted ahead of the upright and the Fiesta behind so rack works in opposite direction. Use the Escort rack.
