Master cylinder Pushrod Nut
Davey D - 17/7/08 at 01:09 PM

whilst looking through other peoples archives i see they have a nut on their pushrod to nip up against the pivot for the brake pedal.

i havent got them on mine, so i unscrewed the pivots, and tired a nut on it... M8 i think it was, unfortunately the thread on the pushrod is finer than then nuts i have

Does anyone know the exact size of the required nut? Is it just an M8 Fine?

i havent driven it yet, let alone take it for SVA, or MOT

All i can do i sit in the drivers seat, and rev the engine, as i havent yet hooked up the clutch hehe
