Iv seen pictures of people raising the mount. Do they have to be shoulder height of seat height?
Also pictures of how you have done it will be handy

how do you mean? for the seatbelts? or am i missing something really obvious...

i think it tells you in the sva manual...i know they have to be a set distance from the seat, not sure about the height though...

If you have holes in the seats, they need to be approx. level with the seat belt mounts

I think if you use harness slots in the seats the mounts must be level or above the bottom of the slot, even if this is well above the distance in the SVA manual

No idea about manuals, but for safety they need to mounted at shoulder height or slightly higher.

Too low and you will get compression issues in your spine when you need your belts to do their job. According to most racing groups the holes in the seats do not count for the measurement. Meaning if the holes are shoulder height, and your mounts are lower, it's still not acceptable.
