I need to fit these clocks to this panel about where it sits now. How is the best way ie brackets to fit it? Cant be screwed from the other side if the sheet so all brackets/mountings willl have to be bonded to the sheet.

If you unscrew the clocks dont they split in half?

that would be the easy way and how i did my koso clocks

I just put a bead of mastic around the outer edge on mine and it holds fine. The clocks don't split if you unscrew them by the way.
You've passe your SVA haven't you Matt? I only ask as I failed on the edges doing my clocks like you.

Need them to fit flush with the outside face.

I just sikaflexed them to the dash. It's better if you use a packer plate to get them flush at the front.

I split mine in two Matt, then cut the lip off , cut out the shape in the dash making sure it was a couple of mm under , then just fixed them back together, but they are not flush fitting. You will find it difficult to get a nice neat finish to your dash cut out to be able to mount them flush.
You could try gluing them.
