Trying to get hold of Kit Parts Direct as I am interested in their cheap GRP seats but the number doesn't work and also there is a lot of
negative feedback on Ebay.
Has anyone used them recently?
Get the seats from kit car direct there better,

Thanks but they are almost twice the price.
I got mine from Kitspares, cost an extra £27 but great service.

It appears the parent company have new owners. I have an order outstanding so far no communications possible.

Having had some promising communication from the new management at KPD I slightly nervously placed an order for one of their GRP seats. The order was
placed on Tuesday, I had a message that it had been dispatched on Wednesday and even though the delivery was scheduled for the first week in March,
the seat arrived yesterday.
I am delighted with the service I have received and if this is how they are now going to do business I can't recommend them enough.
And the seat is great.

OK, following on from my post last week... where I was trying to place an order for their GRP seats... not good news.

I've been trying to contact them for over a week.
- Their online ordered system does not work, cannot enter card details. Maybe the service has been withdrawn from them?
- The phone number provided on their website does not connect.
- The phone number provided on their ebay shop does not connect.
- None of their email addresses work. Failure, returned to sender.
- I was given two phone numbers to try by another member off here. I left messages. No-one ever called me back.
Be warned people.

I went to there address on the web site about 3 weeks ago and could not find them.
but since then some one told me they had moved to a new place [I don't know the new address sorry ]
I bet this is the reason you cant get them

same expirience here...otrdered and paxyed for cylce wings on 27.02.
no parts, no cumminication, no reply to an opened ebay claim. hopefully paypal can refound me the money.
ebay has been informed about those problems and i asked them to close the webshop of this dealer. my lawyer was set in copy to all email
corrospondence.
