i'm to fat to see mine in the car so they could be made from lego and it wouldnt bother me

They look nice.

I am making some ali pedals from some 2"x1" box section I have laying around. So far I have shaped the Accelerator pedal and will post a pic when its ready.

For sva what constitutes none slip? can I just drill holes in a flat plate?

Don't think that would be enough - if you flared the holes towards the foot they would probably be ok.

Stick on skateboard grip tape, or rubber would be ok.
