Jasper

can i ask if you are going to change anything b4 the sva as i think you will fail on at least a couple of point in your photo

1 > the dash module sits proud and looks like it hasn't got the required radius

also the steering wheel should have the spokes covered / padded.

sorry if youve already got this taken care of but it would be a shame to see you fail because of a couple of points like that.

Tim

Nice one!!!!!

The harnesses are the same as mine....... they actually look good in a car! pity my seats arent the same, mine are home brew seats courtesy of mum, sister oh and bob.

Jasper - 5/6/03 at 11:52 AM

Cheers chaps, SVA is well taken care of....

ned - 5/6/03 at 12:12 PM

It looks well nice, Jasper. All clean and lots of space. Need to redo mine definitely now!

Now there's a line that shouldn't be read out of context!

OOOOPS......... sorry my mind wasnt perverse as to pick that one up. Im innocent you see.

"the steering wheel should have the spokes covered / padded."

should the spokes need covering if they have the correct rads on them, my Personel wheel has the correct rads and is fitted to the latest TVRs without padding..

bob - 5/6/03 at 07:52 PM

Very nice mate, but that gear stick looks like it will only go into 1st and 2nd LOL.

That steering wheel was a good find, youll be able to bring it back to the Uxbrdge auto show this year

Jasper - 5/6/03 at 09:00 PM

It's the only part of the car that's really 'Locost'!

When is Uxbridge this year?

bob - 5/6/03 at 09:36 PM

The crankshaft kid is our man for Uxbridge

theconrodkid - 5/6/03 at 10:57 PM

july 20th,be there or be somewhere else

Peteff - 6/6/03 at 09:38 AM

Mine is a lot more worn though, been in a couple of cars before. The SVA man wanted the screw heads covering so he stuck some insulting tape over them. Of course it's still on there.

yours, Pete.

zetec - 6/6/03 at 09:11 PM

Nice interior.

I've got a centre SVA pad for a Mountney steering wheel which fell off after the test and I suspect I won't use again if anyone wants to borrow it for their SVA test, also a Lolocost front grill which is SVA friendly, now replaced with a very unfriendly MK one.

nah, it'll be alwight.

don't worry too much jasper, it just a formality, the work you've put in, should have no problems....
