Anyone got any pictures o how a luke or willans harness is fixed to the mount in the tunnel. I need to make sure that I have enough clearance to my fuel lines. As yet I have not been able to purchase my harnesses.

I have a velocity chassis and so will need to use a nut, bot spacer etc...

My Luego locost had triangular fillets for the lower seat belt mountings I welded some 7/16UNF nuts to separate triangular plates that locate into the filletsa and chassis. Made sure when I fitted the fuel / brake lines/loom etc that I had plenty of clearance

Do the nuts have to be welded for sva? I have not welded them on Dow !!! could be fun getting in there with the welder now. Do they have to be fully welded or just take on?

Welded mine ti the triangular plates to make them easier to fit. Can't see any reason they need to be welded .

I think the rules are that if the nut is not captive/welded then you you need to able to get at it.
