Has anyone used ABS sheets to trim there interior, if so what is the best way to cut it, i'm guessing metal type blade in a jigsaw, the stuff
i'm using is carbon fibre effect 4mm thick sheet.

if i were going to use a jigsaw for that type of thing i would use a downcut blade-most blades are upcut.
You can always cut from the back.
I've just finished trimming my interior with the carbon effect abs from esp plastics
A jigsaw just melts it and it sticks back together behind the blade.
I found the best way was to use masking tape to mark it all out then with a straight edge run a Stanley knife along cutting the surface bend the sheet
and it will snap with a perfect straight line!
You can also do curves with the same method it leaves a nice clean edge.
Then if your feeling really brave or clever have a go at bending it! use some offcuts to practice on, clamp it between two bits of wood warm it with
a heat gun and fold it with another peace of wood!

Yeah i was going to suggest the snaping technique.
- Just like glass, if you have done that. but do a practice on some 'scrap' part first.

If you hadn't of let me try your front cage loop for size i probably wouldn't of bothered! then i wouldn't of needed to throw away my
lovely carpet and retrim it.
You've cost me a bloody fortune over winter hope your happy
P.S don't tell the wife it cost a fortune she thinks its just some bent bits of tube painted and some cheep bits of plastic
