Nice colour scheme - not sure if you're deflector is high enough to make it a windscreen and, therefore, an IVA nightmare (wipers, demisters etc). I'd pull it off for the test.

does anyone know the section of the iva manual where it gives dimension of a screen

i thought if you look over it its a aeroscreen...

through it its a windscreen.. is this right

i havent set the ride height yet, am up for any tips for doing this..

thanks gavin

Presumably if you have to look through it, it's a screen, if it just deflects air it's an air deflector?!?

lsdweb - 12/9/09 at 10:50 PM

SVA was more complex than that so I assume IVA will be too! I got caught out with my Fury on SVA as they used the proper testing rig and my deflector was deemed a windscreen so fail on all the wipers and stuff. I took it back for the retest without it on - no problem!
