DESCRIPTION

2002 Radical SR3 Rolling Chassis (these cars are factory built).

Car was raced for a few seasons, then dry stored as the owner progressed to a different class of racing.

It would be an ideal start for building a road car whilst still maintaining the 'Locost' ethos... i.e. this is a bargain price for what it is and a lot of the work has already been done for you!

FULL CAR LESS:

Bike Engine - you can pick your own!
Drive / Diff System (was Powertec / Quaife), again, you can pick your own to suit your budget / engine!
Exhaust.
Wiring.
Instrumentation (use the clocks from whatever bike engine package you choose).
Handbrake cables / Handbrake assembly.

IVA BIASED PARTS THAT ARE INCLUDED

Has full light package.
Has separate Radical 'spot' handbrake calipers.
Has brand new Radical collapsable steering column.
Has brand new Momo wheel with centre 'pad'.
Has head rests.

FEATURES

Freshly painted full bodywork in White with blue trim. Not driven since fitted.
Double seat.
'Push/Pull' gear change lever with full linkage system.
Willwoods all round.
Avo's all round.
Image centre-lock Split-Rims (one outer rim section has a slight buckle).

GENERAL

I can supply a full wing mount (included in price) but would advise leaving it off pre-IVA as they are picky-about the Radical rear-wing set up. There is no aerofoil (you can pick them up cheap on racing forums).

The car was originally fitted with a ZZR1100 engine, so again, I can supply the mounts (included in price). If nothing else they will help you as guides for making the mounts to suit the engine of your choice.

Asking price is £7k... I will NOT haggle at this price!

Just spent a week in hospital with spinal, nerve and mobility problems. Have had to accept that I'm never going to get into any of my projects, so have to sell up.

Don't want to fanny around and need the space, so the prices are absolute rock-bottom!

Very interested in the sr3 if it is still for sale, sounds just what i am looking for.

Sale postponed as not in a position to physically pull it all together at the moment.
