It is a 98 Passat Tdi 110 sport saloon. Its in good condition and comes with a fully stamped service book. Its done 171k and was last serviced at 168k in august when it was MOT'. It had all the filters. Earlier in the year it had 2 rear shocks, front lower suspension arm, alt belt adjuster and belt and rear pads and discs. Its also had 4 new tyres this year. I fitted a new heater blower motor on saturday. I have serviced it and looked after it since 71k, what ever its wanted its had, which isnt a lot. I am a mechanic. Dont be put off by the mileage it will do the same again no worries.
It has nice cold climate control, 4 electric windows, electric mirrors and sony mp3 cd player. It also has Swan neck towbar with single electrics which i fitted when i had it to tow my box trailer with rubbish to the dump. It towed my Locost on a trailer once. so its never really towed any weight.
Its Mot'd until august next year and i believe hes leaving some tax on it.
I bought this myself a few years ago on 71k. I then sold it to my dad when it had done 122k. He does a 35 mile each way commute on the A14 everyday to work so the mileage hes put on is mostly motorway. It will do over 60mpg.
Bad bits. There is a scuff on the front n/s bumper and a few minor marks about the car which are detremental to the age and mileage. Apart from that vgc.
Hes after £1250ovno. The car is in stowmarket suffolk. Any inspection welcome.
