Twin choke weber carb and manifold race spec
dalefaulkner - 6/9/11 at 02:06 PM

I have just bought a pair of twin weber 40s to upgrade my blueprinted crossflow.

I need to sell the weber 23/24 Locost race series carburettor that I am removing from my old race car. They are in great condition and are on my racecar with about 89bhp on the rolling road, set up by Hitech motorsport West Midlands. Good power for a 1300gt x/flow. They would be perfect for somebody building a race car. The choke flaps have been removed (as you would expect on a race car). I also have on it a virtually new itg filter that looks great.

The code might be 32dgav but I would have to check as I have not got these to hand.

Get in touch and make me an offer, viewing welcome. As with all carbs, they have stood for a while, so recomend cleaning, etc.

Hi

Give me a U2U with an idea what sort of £'s you would like for it.

Cheers Matt

I added some fuel and they started straight away and idled without a hitch a week ago. I have since removed them and fitted twin weber 40's.

I would prefer to keep them within the Locost group.

Also I have a fibreglass seat with seatbelt holes on it and some basic foam padding (narrow), I'm open to offers.

WHAT IS THE CORRECT MODEL NUMBER ON THE CARBS. ARE THEY 32/36 DGAV?
IF THEY ARE I JUST MIGHT BE A LITTLE INTERESTED.
THANX
MICK
