i have a 1.8 silvertop zetec engine, no rocker cover or sump- just block. would really only be ideal for spares or rebuild, but was told it did run fine by prev owner. free to collect if anyone intrested, before it goes on the scrap wagon, moving house and i need rid.
collect from ng6 9jb area of nottm.

Any idea what age the engine is?

If you had been closer i would have taken you hands off

I would happily take this off your hands but unfortunately I wont be able to get over to notts for a couple of weeks.

Its a shame as i have been working in kimberley just 3 weeks ago

sorry its taken so long to reply, had a lot on at work.
in answer to questions:- i dont know what year, it does have a head. there is surface rust appearing on cams, as i said treat it as spares, repairs. it is free to collect in person , however i would not be able to wrap and pallet etc for courier.

Have you checked your u2u mate, thought Dan was going to ask you ask if he could collect next weekend? Pretty sure he only needs the block but would prob take any thing that isn't bolted down!!!!
