Need a van for my new business so the car has to go
vectra 1.9 tdci 150bhp in sapphire black metallic 2007 (56 plate)
Had a new DMF and clutch earler this year

will be going on ebay / auto trader at the weekend, would rather it goes to someone one here who could use a decent car

Sorry, not a potential buyer as I already have a similar model - just a question about the car if I may.

It's obviously got the full DAB setup, factory fitted, did you also have the full trip computer function? On mine they were apparently mutually exclusive (i.e. CD40 or trip computer) so I just get the stopwatch/timer function on the BC and nothing else. The dealers are adamant that it cannot be enabled although I'm sure others have had theirs enabled and there are folk with the appropriate computer who can apparently also get it working.

Sorry to crash the post too.... If you have a three line display you can have the trip computer enabled. Two line display you can't (If I recall correctly). This will need to be done with Tech2 - the VX tool. It's not exclusively VX though - many indies have it. This chap would be able to do it too... http://www.diagnostics.org.uk/
