FS : EDIS - ZX6R engine
zilspeed - 18/10/11 at 09:12 PM

See below for what we in Scotland like to call a wheen of top quality motoring detritus.

I'm trying hard to be Dermot Healy here and failing miserably, so I think I'll maybe just crack on.

All prices are plus carriage. On the basis that we'll work out a fair price between us and you'll know you're not getting ripped off.

1) Kawasaki ZX6 F2 engine. Bought in a fit of madness to build a buggy. Yeah, that happened. Good compression, all the covers are there as is the genny, starter etc. Buy it off me and build a buggy or something. £75
You won't find one anywhere else on the planet at this sort of price.

2) Kawasaki ZX6 F2 carbs. Buy these to go with the above, or bolt them to the side of an old zetec and let it breath through them. £SOLD

But what about sparks ? How do I make sparks with my zetec ?!?!

See below.

3) Ford EDIS 4 with a short stumpy bit of loom and plug. Ideal for short and stumpy drivers. £10 plus P&P

4) Ford ESC II ignition module. For the truly hardcore who want some good old fashioned advance, retard. None of yer fancy mapping nonsense here! Either feed it a vacuum off your inlet manifold or even better. Lead the pipe into the car and clench it between your teeth. When you feel like some ignition advance jiggery pokery, suck hard on the pipe until your eyballs pop out or you black out. Superb ! This, is for the true lunatic, so I think a price of £7.14 plus P&P makes the most sense. SOLD

PAYMENT.

I prefer paypal in all cases. We'll work out P&P between us. Or, if you want to, you can come and get the bits, I'm fine with that. IF anyone chooses to buy the ZX6 engine and the ESC2, I'll give you a discount just for being 'special'.

Form an orderly queue etc.

FFS, I'm losing my touch here.

That's 18 minutes and it's all still here.

I'll be thinking about cutting prices soon....

If there's anything you actually want, talk to me.

MikeR - 18/10/11 at 09:48 PM

i'll try and beat the post reduction rush with a cheeky offer of 10.01 plus postage for the edis :-) tempted with the esc2 but managing to resist :-)

How does a tenner sound ?
That's discount for good behaviour.

This is turning into a farce.

I could organise a pallet delivery for £25

"Is that helping"

Very tempting to make the lad's Seicento go a bit faster, can't afford his insurance as it is though.
Saw it last night and thoughtit would be getting bolted into someones project this morning, that is a very good price

Andy

Yes indeed, that helps a huge amount.
I'll keep that very much in mind.

Mike.
I just want it away.
That's code incidentally.

MikeR - 19/10/11 at 09:21 PM

I was serious about the edis and lead (although i'll accept your non revised price of a tenner).

Mike

Sorry for not keeping up with things.

Just trying to sort out a postage cost. Any suggestions on a cost effective service ?

Cheers

Do you have a fuel pump for the zx6?
