I have a silencer that came from an Aprilia Mille.
I have modified it to fit my Hayabusa engined MK. The inlet pipe is 2 1/2".
I'm after about £20 for it.

Just wondering, did it flow Ok with the Busa engine? Or is this why you swapped it?
How did it sound? Pretty quiet?
I'm asking cos I'm after something with a 2.5" inlet that'll pass the IVA and is fairly cheap. It'd be a bonus if it didn't restrict my 2.8 BMW engine too

The flow seemed fine.
The problem I had was the exhaust aimed directly at my rear wheel arch. I was going to fit a 90 degree bend to the tail pipe but never got round to it. The silencer is also fairly heavy. So while my car was at MK having a roll cage fitted I had them fit a new exhaust.
Sound was good but to loud for track days at Cadwell or Blyton. I would say it was a little louder than the exhaust that MK have fitted for me.

Anyone have a use for this before it goes in the skip?
