How does this work? Does it do a good job? What sort of bits (ie size) can you do with it?
Was wondering if it's possible to DIY powder coat early this week. Shame I didn't log on earlier - I'd have snapped this up!!

basicly it has an earth wire that is attached to the piece off work
then the gun is staticised then spray the powder on to work the electrostatice makes it stick then u bake it for 20 mins or heat it with infared
heater
and it nice n shiney and hard wareing

powder coating bakes for between 50 mins and 1 1/4 hours @ 170 c to 185 c depending on thickness material being used good for stainless steel,mild
steel and aluminium also gloss coat powder like lacquering!!!

So I guess you need an old oven to bake the parts in?? (or the mrs to go out for the day)
