Looking for two standard ford fitment 108mm pcd, 13" diameter by 12" wide wheels. 38mm offset would be nice but not essential.

What tyres are you planning on putting on? The widest (legal) 13" tyres I've found are the 255 Avon CR500's... they are too narrow for your width.
