Fluke motorsport do some nice carbon ones,here's one fitted to my old Indy.

I can recommend the ebay ones mentioned above by Omega

I have an unused MK aeroscreen in carbon fibre. I bought if from MK at the 2008 Exeter show, but I do not need it now because I am fitting a full screen.
