Getting a bit nervous about not having a spare wheel for the trailer now...

I'm in need of a 13"wheel, preferably steel, 4x100, 4.5" (ish) wide and about ET30. Long shot but can anyone help?! Or know where I can get one?

rover/ mg would be 4x100 with a bore of 56.1mm
