I'm looking to go to Florida around the first two weeks in July next year and I'm looking for a villa. Ideally four bedrooms with the usual amenities (private pool etc.) and around the highway 27/192 area. Exact dates will be subject to flight costs and schedules. I'm hoping to save a bit on flights compared with the usual 6 week school holiday period as my daughter is in her GCSE year and therefore will be finishing early.

I thought that I would check on here first for opportunities to give a fellow locost builder the benefit of the rental income before looking on one of the many faceless websites out there.
