Need a bit to make some spacers to fit over my roll cage ends. By my vernier its 31.5mm, but my eyes may be shot lol it is a Caterham cage so whatever metric pipe size that is around 31.5mm ID is what I need. tim.price@axionel.co.uk

Sounds more like 38.1mm / 1.5 inch outside diameter, with a 3mm wall thickness would give give you about 32mm internal diameter
