Westfield zetec or cvh 4 into 1 .. or 4 2 1 .. manifold wanted..
I think that one of these may fit my original locost chassis / body..
Anyone got one for sale ..floating about ££££ cheers
I take it you have seen this:

Also, out of interest do you have a cvh or zetec?......
I very much doubt they are interchangeable, the zetec has different shape ports although the cylinder spacing is the same...Also the zetec (being a
16v head is wider.

Ahh yes..I think someone adapted a cvh ..but now looking at the ports probably not going to do the job ..
How about cutting off the cvh flange and sticking a zetec on..?
Are the primaries too small?
Are the primaries too short ?
Should I find a £1000 and get a custom manifold sorted lol..
I do like messing about in a locost way though

The westfield CVH exhaust is fine (for a cvh), I managed 170 bhp from my old cvh using the westfield manifold. But for a ztec (which is higher
revving), ideally you would want longer primaries...probably a 4 into one. Again, if you can find a westfield exhaust manifold then they were pretty
good.
Westfield will still sell you one:

Looks like making a few phone calls see if anyone can bend four pipes for £400 ish
My exhaust primaries are a bit small - its my chopped up robinhood crossflow which was supposed to be okay to 200bhp.
I'm at 170bhp and think i need to open up the exhaust to scratch a few more bhp..
Always good fun to spend £££s for no improvement lol
