Cheap & Cheerful Wheels
paulmw - 29/6/07 at 04:16 PM

I'm after 4 wheels and tyres for my MK. Not looking for anything too speacial just to get it rolling really. Or any ideas which donor vehicle wheels would fit (Ive got standard Sierra hubs with discs)

Cheers Paul

A set of old sierra steel wheels are all you need if it's just for the build - someone might have a set of build wheels they're finished with on here.

Cheers WorX, great looking OZ wheels but was thinking more like £47 pounds not £470

Might try the local scrappy for some old Sierra ones

£100 set of 4 ford alloys, painted black with decent tyres any good?

Nothing great but nothing wrong with them and they look fine, I was going to use them as my track wheels but haven't used them so may as well get shot of them.

Rich.

Mondeo wheels are the same PCD and offset, easier to find in the scrappys too

Sounds good, do you have any pics? Also, what depth of tred is left
