Yeah, I'm sort of trying to convince myself it cant be that expensive.... But I bet its comparable to getting a silversmith to make me one.

I'm going up the scrappy tomorrow. I'll have a look for one.

It should be a 1072036 at around £20.95 (although that may be a discounted price).

Been up the scrappy today and apart from a 07 Mondeo estate there was no more.

Mondeo was burnt out and couldn't get the bonnet up.

Thanks also to FBI for the part no. I'll give it a couple of weeks see if anything turns up before visiting Mr Ford.
