I think the traditional option is to search out an old mini in the scrappers and get canabilising...
Otherwise I can recommend SVC for their "wiper" service. Not cheap though....

There was a company at the Peterborough show selling new Lucas wiper motors very cheaply. Can't remember the name though someone else may be able to help.
